USBDevice: usbVersionMinor property

The usbVersionMinor read only property of the
USBDevice interface is one of three properties that declare the USB
protocol version supported by the device. The other two properties
are USBDevice.usbVersionMajor and USBDevice.usbVersionSubminor.
