RemotePlayback: connecting event

Use the event name in methods like addEventListener(), or set an event handler property.

addEventListener("connecting", (event) => {});

onconnecting = (event) => {};

In the following example the value of RemotePlayback.state is printed to the console when the user agent initiates a connection.
