CSSMathSum: CSSMathSum() constructor

The CSSMathSum() constructor creates a
new CSSMathSum object which creates a new CSSKeywordValue
object which represents the result obtained by calling
add(), sub(),
or toSum() on CSSNumericValue.
Syntax
new CSSMathSum(values)

One or more double integers or
CSSNumericValueobjects.
